Just the FAQs

You do. You are the seller, so the money from every ticket lands in your own Stripe account directly, the moment the sale clears. Paying it out to your bank from there follows Stripe’s own payout schedule, which is usually a couple of business days for a new account and can be instant once Stripe has a history with you. Stickets never holds your money.

Stickets charges $0.69 CAD per paid ticket. Card processing is Stripe’s own fee, 2.9% + $0.30, on your own account, shown to your buyer as its own line. Free tickets, and tickets made free with a 100%-off coupon, cost nothing. There is no monthly fee.

No. The scanner keeps checking tickets in when the venue’s Wi-Fi drops, and syncs everything the moment it is back online.

Yes. You send a link; they open it on their own phone and they are in, scanning or selling, with only the access you gave them. No login, no app download required for the web scanner.

Yes. Stickets is part of Andante, the same company. One account covers both: sign up through stickets.live and you get an Andante account in ticketing mode, with the rest of the platform there if you ever want it.

Not yet. Today every ticket is general admission within its tier, and each show lives on its own page. Assigned seating and a cross-organizer marketplace are not built.
